本屆博覽會宗旨：Exhibition’s purpose:
科技與展貿結合，構建產、學、研聯誼，突出新技術、新產品、新成果之展貿視角，創新高科技展會市場與科貿商業平臺。

博覽會亮點：Exhibition’s focal points:
1、四十年一遇“國際顏色學會（AIC）2007會議”于2007年7月12日-14日在杭州舉行，會議主題“顏色科學在 工業中應用”。AIC會議規劃為200名外方代表，來自全球的科學顏色專家和專業代表，另外也有國外著名企業參加會議，將會帶來一些國際合作的項目。
1. “AIC 2007 Conference” will be held from July 12th, 2007 to July 14th, 2007. The subject of this conference is “Color Science in Industry”. AIC Conference is planning that 200 foreign representative will be invited, including science and color experts and professional representatives. In addition, some famous foreign enterprises will attend the conference too. They will bring international projects.
2、浙江省光學學會20周年慶典，將邀請專家、學者、著名企業代表及專業人士就“光學、光電子技術應用”等展開研討。

1. The appliance scope of color science is extensive, which has dominance in domestic and foreign trade in many industries, such as spinning and weaving industry, plastics industry, color TV industry, printing ink and paint industry, construction and building materials industry, lighting source industry etc.. 博覽會內容：Exhibition’s content:
1、顏色與通訊技術：顏色和成像技術，紡織工業中的顏色技術，印刷工業中顏色技術，染料與涂料中的顏色技術，顯示與顏色技術，建材中的顏色技術，顏色測量技術，以及油墨油漆，塑料電光源等工業中的顏色技術的應用；

2、光學制造與加工：光學元件加工與光學加工設備、光學鍍膜、光學材料、特殊與先進光學系統及元件制造與檢測、微納米制造與檢測；
光電儀器：光電遙感和傳感技術及儀器，光學測量、計量儀器，顏色光學儀器，視光學及其它智能儀器，望遠鏡、顯微鏡、光譜技術及儀器；
光通訊：光纖光纜、光纖傳輸系統，光通訊器件與設備，光纖導航、光纖CATV系統、終端設備，光纖通訊檢測與監控；

激光及激光應用：工業激光、醫用激光、軍用激光、激光器件及其應用；
光電元器件：光電控制器、光放大器、光存儲器、光開關、發光二極管、太陽能電池。
2. Optics manufacture and processing: Optical element processing and optical processing equipment, optical membrane-plating, optical materials, special and advanced optics system and element manufacture and examination, micro-nanometer manufacture and examination.
Photoelectric instrument: photoelectric remote sensing and sensing technology and their instruments, optics measurement, measurement instrument, color optical instrument, optometry and other intellectual instruments, telescope, microscope, spectrum technology and instrument.
Optical communication: optical fibre and cable, fibre-optic systems, optical communication instrument and equipment, optical fibre guide, optical fibre CATV system, terminal equipment, examination and supervision of optical fibre communication.
Photo electricity imagery and display: large screen (COT) display, liquid crystal display, photo electricity imagery and graphic processing, high-speed photography, organic electroluminescent flat panel (EL), multimedia projection and long-distance education system, large-screen projection machine.
Laser and laser appliance: industrial laser, medical laser, military laser, laser instrument and its appliance.
Photovoltaic components and parts: photovoltaic controller, light amplifier, light memory, light switch, light emitting diode, solar battery.

參展報名程序: Procedural of enrollment:
1、請參展企業認真填寫申請表各項內容，保證內容的詳細真實有效，加蓋公章后，郵寄或
傳真至大會組委會，申請被接受后，大會組委會通過傳真或郵寄確認您的申請；
Participant enterprises should write the application table seriously, and ensure that all of the contents are detailed, actual and effective. Then send the application table to conference’s committee by mail or fax with your enterprise’s seal. The committee will confirm your application by fax or mail if it is accepted.
2、在申請被接納7天內，參展企業將參展款項的50%匯入組委會指定帳戶，否則展位不予
保留，展位分配原則：“先申請、先付款、先分配”。參展企業匯出各項參展費用后，請將銀行匯款單傳真或復印寄往組委會，以便確認；（余款請于2007年6月30日前付清）；
If the application be accepted, the enterprise, participating in exhibition, should remit 50% of total money to appointed account by the committee in 7 days. Otherwise, the booth will not be retained. The principle of booth’s allocation: application and paying earlier, allocation earlier. If the enterprise remits all kinds of cost required, please send the bank’s remittance advice to committee by fax or send the duplicate to us by mail in order to confirm. (the spare money should be paid before June 30th, 2007)
3、博覽會報名截止日：2007年6月25日。
Deadline of exhibition’s enrollment: June 25th, 2007.
參展須知：Exhibition’s instructions:
1、參展企業在交完款項后才能確定展位，并服從組委會統一安排。展臺內裝飾，產品陳列
均由參展企業自己負責；
The booth can be ensured only the participant enterprise pays the cost. The enterprise should obey unified arrangement by the committee. Moreover, the participant enterprise should take responsibility by itself both of the decoration of booth and the display of products.
2、展覽會公共保險由主辦單位投保，但展品，參展人員的保險由參展企業自行負責；
Exhibition’s public insurance will be guaranteed by sponsors. However, the insurance of exhibits and booth personnel should be took responsibility by enterprises
3、參展企業不得展出假冒，偽劣及不符合政府法律，法規規定的產品，否則主辦單位有權
取消其參展資格，已交參展費用概不退還，必要時交有關部門處理。
The participant enterprise should not display counterfeit and shoddy commodities. The product is also rejected to display if it doesn’t accord with government’s law or rule. Otherwise, the sponsor has right to cancel the enterprise’s exhibit competence. And the payment will not be returned. If necessary, we will hand it to the relative department.

如欲租用大于9M2展位，以3M2遞增；租用光地的企業，以36M2起租。
If the participant enterprise wants to rent the booth more than 9M2, it should rent the area which increases progressively as 3M2.

2、9M2標準展位包括：9M2 standard booth includes as follows:
板墻（白色2.5M高）、洽談桌一張、椅子兩把、中文楣板、220伏/5A電源插座一只，射燈2支、紙簍一只。大會提供展品運輸、會務、代訂機票服務、費用由參展企業自理。
wall panel (white, 2.5m high), 1 negotiation table, 2 chairs, 1 Chinese sign panel, 2 spotlights, 1 electric outlet of 220V/5A and 1 wastebasket. The conference provides the transportation of exhibit, the administrative matters, and the service of airplane ticket reservation. All of the cost should be taken by the participant enterprise.
3、技術講座，產品推介場地費：Site cost of technology lecture and product promotion:
按一小時為一個計算單位，人民幣3000元/小時，不足一小時按一小時計收。
An hour as a consulate unites, RMB 3000 Yuan/hour, less than one hour will be treated as one hour.
